Windows Live One Care

OK. I know I have eluded to the software giant, Microsoft, probably having a hand in all of the viruses and purposefully having security flaws in windows (big money in antivirus software)

However I must state that I did not mean to imply that I believed Microsoft was the sole producer of any type of viruses, in fact, they have a great computer security package out called Windows Live One Care  

They offer a free 3 month trial (full Blown Protection). This is a great program. I have tried just about everything out there and in one way or another they have failed my tests to be as good of a protection suite as One Care. Zone Alarm Pro comes close and integrates almost as well, However, One Care gets my 5 star approval.

Now for my conspiracy theory…….

Of course Microsoft came out with an excellent Anti Virus and Firewall, who else knows all the vulnerabilities and security flaws of Windows better that Microsoft? I guess my earlier theory of Microsoft helping to spread the infection of viruses by leaving these known flaws in place and eventually supplying patches, to correct them. (like patching a cracked and leaking dam with spackle, one small crack at a time.) is still a valid conspiracy theory.
Anyway this suite works as long as you follow the installation instructions and:

REMOVE ANY OTHER ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE BEFORE INSTALLING ONE CARE! It will conflict and slow your system down tremendiously, if you do not.
