Site Advisor Sucks

I recently posted a rant about McAfee SiteAdvisor and how it was claiming that my new domain was a “Junk emailer Advertiser” and flagged my entire domain yellow.
I emailed SiteAdvisor and explained that we have never advertised in ANY emails and I thought that they should re examine my domain and change their rating, as it was wrong!
Here is the response from McAfee, basically a bunch of canned B.S., and links for me to pay their technicians for technical service, which I do not need, it’s Site Advisor that needs technical service so they can rate sites correctly.
I understand that you are encountering problems in setting up sites in your new domain.
On behalf of McAfee, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

How the hell is this supposed to rectify the giant screw in the ass that McAfee has performed upon my innocent domain.
Yes once again a big business monopoly with no competition, at least in site ratings (yet) Strikes again. They just don’t care because they don’t have to.

SiteAdvisor is ok with most sites, and I am sorry to hear about your site being rated yellow. Google.com.pr (Google Puerto Rico) has been rated yellow (!) because they signed up at every Google domain and now are being E-Mailed about each one (Sender address is still Google, thus, rated as spam).
Please see the recent posts at Feral Pundit and BTW SiteAdvisor took the yellow rating away and left me with no rating now.

YES, SiteAdvisor is bull crap. Look up AntiSpyware.com’s site report. They won’t listen to me, or the experienced reviewers. Instead they would rather listen to a person who is rude to people that he/she doesn’t know. DEATH TO MCAFEE.
I have been having problems for quite awhile and I spoke to someone about them. Her name was Lavern. She was going to send me something on my e-mail to fix the problems and I never recieved it.Can some one please help? I am not paying money for your problem,
My website got flagged with red with a warning that it sends spam e-mails. I looked at the e-mails that siteadvisor received from me and found out that these e-mails were never send from my mail server. I am not sure what is their way of testing this but apparently it does not work properly. I never used McAfee product in my life and will never do in the future.
Their support sucks big time, everytime I call I get an indian guy who says that it will take 8 weeks for my site to get retested. I aksed for a manager and they say that I will get a call back from their manager shortly as he/she is busy at the moment. I never got a call from none of their managers. I will keep bugging them but one thing is clear SITE ADVISOR SUCKS BIG TIME. This software is a mess.
