Redding, CA. customer service dwindling at some local establishments

Redding, CA. customer service is dwindling.  The attitude is Where else you gonna go? We don’t really care we make the same per hour if your happy with our service  or not.  Besides welfare and unemployment is more of a fit for these lazy rude people.

On Friday I took a guest for a pizza buffet at Round table Pizza on Hartnell they open at 11:30 and I was there at that time and went in. I ordered two pizza buffets was charged and given dirty salad bowls. I asked politely for two new clean bowls and the cook? , who overheard, said to the cashier who handed me the bowls, I told you to wipe out the bowls…….I thought…..WHAT! Wipe out the dirt from the bowls? How about wash them? I didn’t make a scene as I did not want to embarrass my guest anymore than roundtable already did.  Little did I know that was only the start of a rotten experience at Roundtable pizza.  They did not have any rolls or pizza out till almost 12pm and when they did start they brought out only one pepperoni pizza and 10 minutes later they brought out raw cinnamon twists and half cooked garlic rolls.  This was really sad as Roundtable used to be good and probably is everywhere else other than in Redding.  I am fed up with the lack of quality here in this city and the disrespect of the customer.

There are a few, and I mean SMALL FEW businesses here in Redding which treat customers as though they are valued.  It should be the other way where you only run in to a few bad businesses but it is not that way here.

Don’t even get me started on the Redding,  WalMart I have an article devoted solely to their lack of professionalism and courtesy.  BTW ever try to shop at Winco during the middle of the night?  What a nightmare that can be.  Why even be open during those hours if you act like you don’t want anyone in your store shopping?

Les Schwab Tires:

Bad experience service is getting bad.  I spent Saturday morning waiting for a tow truck to air a flat tire on my car.  I just bought the car and had no jack or spare. The driver aired my tire up and I drove to Les Schwab on Hilltop in Redding.  I explained what had happened and if they could please check all of my tires even though only the one went flat.  About 45 minutes later my car was ready I asked if there was a nail or something else in the tire and I was told there was no leak in it at all however another tire had a nail in it and they fixed that one.  After going back and forth saying that that was not the tire that was flat and being looked at like I was crazy for saying they fixed the tire that was not leaking, I figured they must have mixed the two up.  Well here it is the next morning AND on a Sunday and the same tire is flat again.  My car is in my locked garage and only I have access to it so that rules out foul play.

I can’t believe that the service rep at Les Schwab didn’t find it strange that the tire I came in for, which was flat minutes before, had no leak and WOULD NOT re check it for me and let me leave with an unpaired tire that is flat again.  Now I have to wait till Monday morning to call another tow truck and have them come out again and fill my flat tire again, so I can take it somewhere else.

NEVER again will I go to Les Schwab for ANYTHING!  This is a far decline from how they used to be.  Oh, and BTW no one came running out to help me like they show on their commercials.  I had to wait inside, the only one in line at the time, while the woman at the counter was on what sounded like a personal phone call…WTF?

UPDATE!!! They sent their truck out to air up my tire and I got it to their shop….LOW AND BEHOLD, there was a nail in the original tire I brought it in in the first place for.  The first guy was an idiot and should have listened to me i would have saved all this trouble and aggravation and I would not be posting this everywhere I can.

Safeway opens gas pumps  late: I get there at 6:30 am on Monday morning and there is a sign on the door back in 15 minutes, pay at the pump.Normally that would be OK, however, I wanted to use U.S. Dollars, Cash, legal tender, and they don’t have the ability to accept that at the pump.  I can use my credit card where they capture a $75.00 fee to preauthorize my card for a $20.00 fuel purchase, (if I had my card with me.)  I am already running late for my day I didn’t need this inconvenience of having to go somewhere else that takes cash, and is open and want’s my business.

Osh hardware.  I was extremely Disappointed with the lack of quality help on Sunday.  Really felt like I was in a bad comedy.  no one knew anything, the young girl was too busy talking to help and the Manager, John, thinks he’s royalty and too good to speak with a customer when requested.

This store used to be great and maybe this is just a bad employee Sunday rut but ACE will now get all of my business.

manager needs to be replaced!! Maybe that, and hiring grownups and people who want to work, will help.

The list goes on and on.  What is happening here in Redding? why are these business not responding and correcting complaints?  there are enough people looking for work, right?…….

Whiskeytown Falls

Can you be a Christian and a Democrat?

How can someone, mostly Catholics, call themselves Christians and claim to love the Lord yet vote for and support the Heathen Democratic agenda?

Let’s list some of the anti moral and anti Biblical causes which Democrats support no matter what.

1.  Abortion including Obama’s Born Alive Act.

2. Homosexual lifestyle acceptance

3. Homosexual Marriage

4. Take religion out of schools and any public place.

5. Denial of this country being founded on Christian principles.

The above are just a small sampling, yet they are extremely important issues which false Christians have neither wanted to discuss nor admit to..  Maybe you just want to bury your heads in the sand? Your soul is at stake here, think about this.

You, obviously, can not be a Christian and a Democrat.  You can ease your conscience and say that you keep your politics and religious beliefs separate but you know that as a Christian that is not a reality.

Can you support Satan and still be a Christian? Why not?

Can you fund and support abortions without any remorse or guilt?

Can you honestly say that Homosexuals should be Married, and in a church of all places? Hate the sin not the sinner applies here, yet do NOT support the lifestyle and the evil spirit which dwells in these poor people by accepting this as “Normal”

Hypocrisy abounds with Democrats who claim to be Christians and it is time that you repent.

Initially some of you unsaved “Christians” will be offended by this blatantly honest and accurate post.  It is always difficult to take a hard look at the reality which lives outside of your twisted little bubble of what you may consider comfortable.   you will be subconsciously thinking about this if you are a true Christian and just have strayed.  Ask God for forgiveness be born again in spirit and change your evil ways before it is too late for you.  Take that hard look at reality and you will know the right way is not the way of the Democrats and other heathens in this world.

I and countless other Christians are praying for you.

There was a picture of Obama shooting a shotgun recently, all over the net.

The state run Obama media says he was shooting skeet….At that angle?      We know what he was really shooting Look at the picture to see.

 

This Constitution is fundamentally flawed just like America.

I couldn’t care less

this is just a quick post for all you people who do not really understand when you say I could care less or I couldn’t care less

it is extremely frustrating to see this used the wrong way.

when you make a statement I could care less that means you care about the statement , however, you could actually care less

When you state that I couldn’t care less that means you don’t care at all about that statement so you could not care any less
please learn the difference between these two phrases before you use them and look like a fool.
